ANTI-PEOPLE APPARELS
SHIPPING & LOCAL DELIVERY POLICY
Effective Date: August 27, 2026
This Shipping & Local Delivery Policy applies to orders placed through AntiPeopleApparels.com and is provided by Anti-People Apparels, LLC, operating publicly as Anti-People Apparels.
This policy explains order processing, shipping, tracking, addresses, carrier delays, missing or stolen packages, failed deliveries, local delivery, return-to-sender shipments, shipping-related fraud prevention, and related responsibilities.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review the shipping and delivery terms applicable to the order.
Nothing in this policy is intended to eliminate, restrict, or waive any right or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to waive.
ORDER PROCESSING
Standard orders are ordinarily processed within 1-3 business days after:
- The order has been confirmed.
- Payment has been successfully authorized.
- Information necessary to fulfill the order has been received.
Processing time is separate from carrier transportation or delivery time.
Processing may take longer when reasonably necessary because of:
- High order volume.
- Limited releases.
- Product availability.
- Fraud or payment verification.
- Weekends or holidays.
- Weather or emergency conditions.
- Handcrafted or custom production.
- Carrier availability.
- Other circumstances reasonably affecting fulfillment.
If a specific processing, preorder, made-to-order, production, or shipping timeframe is clearly displayed on a product page or during checkout, that timeframe applies to the applicable order.
BUSINESS DAYS
Unless otherwise stated, business days generally exclude:
- Saturdays.
- Sundays.
- Federal holidays.
- Days when normal fulfillment operations are unavailable because of emergency conditions or closures.
Orders submitted outside normal fulfillment periods may begin processing on the next available business day.
SHIPPING AREA
Anti-People Apparels currently ships merchandise within the United States only.
International shipping is not currently offered unless a specific shipping option is expressly made available at checkout in the future.
Available shipping destinations may change for future orders.
If an order is accepted for a destination that we later determine cannot lawfully or reasonably be serviced, the affected order may be canceled and any refund required by applicable law will be issued.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Any processing or shipping timeframe provided by Anti-People Apparels is based on information reasonably available when the timeframe is stated.
Carrier transit estimates generally begin after the carrier physically receives the shipment.
A shipping label being created does not necessarily mean the carrier has already taken possession of the package.
Carrier delivery estimates are generally estimates and are not guarantees by Anti-People Apparels unless expressly stated otherwise.
If Anti-People Apparels becomes unable to ship merchandise within a timeframe that we are legally required to honor, we will provide any required:
- Delay notice.
- Revised shipment information.
- Cancellation opportunity.
- Consent request.
- Refund.
LIMITED RELEASES & HIGH-VOLUME PERIODS
Prototype releases, limited drops, promotional events, and other periods of unusually high order volume may require additional processing time.
Limited availability does not guarantee immediate shipment.
If additional processing time is reasonably anticipated for a particular release, Anti-People Apparels may disclose that information through:
- The applicable product page.
- Checkout.
- Order communications.
- Another clear customer notice.
HANDCRAFTED, CUSTOM & ONE-OF-ONE CLOTHING
Handcrafted, custom, made-to-order, and one-of-one clothing may require additional preparation, production, or finishing time before shipment.
Where applicable, an estimated production or fulfillment period may be provided with the product listing.
Production time is separate from carrier transportation time.
Customers purchasing handcrafted, custom, or one-of-one clothing should review all product-specific processing and fulfillment information before purchasing.
Shipping the merchandise does not change its return classification.
Handcrafted, custom, and one-of-one clothing remains subject to the final-sale provisions disclosed in our Refund & Return Policy.
SHIPPING RATES
Available shipping options and applicable charges are displayed or calculated during checkout before an order is submitted.
Shipping rates may depend on factors including:
- Destination.
- Package size.
- Package weight.
- Carrier.
- Shipping service selected.
- Order contents.
- Promotional shipping offers.
The shipping rate accepted during checkout applies to that transaction unless an adjustment is required by applicable law or mutually agreed upon before fulfillment.
SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address before completing checkout.
This includes, where applicable:
- Full recipient name.
- Street address.
- Apartment or unit number.
- City.
- State.
- ZIP code.
- Telephone number when reasonably necessary for delivery.
Customers should carefully review their shipping information before submitting an order.
ADDRESS CHANGES
If an address is incorrect, contact Anti-People Apparels as soon as possible at:
Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has been submitted.
Once an order:
- Enters fulfillment.
- Has been packed.
- Has a shipping label processed for dispatch.
- Has been transferred to a carrier.
we may be unable to change the destination.
Anti-People Apparels will not intentionally redirect an order to another person or materially different location without reasonable verification of the request.
CUSTOMER ADDRESS ERRORS
If a shipment is delayed, returned, misdirected, or otherwise affected because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information, the customer may be responsible for reasonable additional shipping expenses where permitted by law.
Examples include:
- Incorrect street number.
- Missing apartment or unit number.
- Incorrect ZIP code.
- Old address.
- Misspelled address.
- Undeliverable address.
- Incorrect recipient information.
Anti-People Apparels will not charge additional shipping expenses when the address problem resulted solely from our own fulfillment error.
PO BOXES, APO & FPO ADDRESSES
PO Box, APO, and FPO addresses may be accepted only when a compatible shipping carrier and service are available for the destination.
Certain carriers, products, package sizes, or services may not support these addresses.
If an order is submitted using an address that cannot be serviced, Anti-People Apparels may:
- Request an alternative eligible address.
- Offer another available shipping method.
- Cancel the affected order when necessary.
Any cancellation or refund will be handled according to applicable law.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
Signature confirmation is not required on every shipment.
Anti-People Apparels may require signature confirmation or enhanced delivery verification when reasonably appropriate, including for:
- High-value orders.
- Limited or difficult-to-replace merchandise.
- Replacement shipments.
- Orders associated with heightened fraud risk.
- Orders associated with previous delivery disputes.
- Other circumstances where additional delivery verification is reasonably appropriate.
If signature confirmation is required, an eligible recipient must be available according to the applicable carrier's procedures.
TRACKING INFORMATION
When tracking is available, tracking information will generally be provided after the shipment has been prepared or transferred to the carrier.
Tracking may take additional time to update after carrier acceptance.
Customers are encouraged to monitor:
- Tracking activity.
- Estimated delivery date.
- Delivery exceptions.
- Carrier notices.
- Pickup or redelivery instructions.
CARRIER DELAYS
After merchandise has been transferred to a carrier, transportation may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of Anti-People Apparels.
These may include:
- Severe weather.
- Carrier network congestion.
- Transportation interruptions.
- Natural disasters.
- Holiday volume.
- Labor disruptions.
- Government action.
- Emergency conditions.
- Incorrect carrier routing.
- Regional service interruptions.
Anti-People Apparels will make reasonable efforts to assist with legitimate shipping problems but cannot guarantee that an independent carrier will meet every estimated delivery date.
This does not eliminate any refund, cancellation, or other right required by applicable law.
DELAYED ORDERS BEFORE SHIPMENT
If Anti-People Apparels learns that an order cannot be shipped within an expressly promised shipment timeframe, the delay will be handled according to applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- Providing a revised shipment date.
- Offering the customer an opportunity to accept the delay.
- Allowing cancellation.
- Canceling the order.
- Providing a full refund when legally required.
Anti-People Apparels will not require a customer to wait indefinitely for merchandise that we cannot lawfully continue holding as an open order.
ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT
Customer cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
If a cancellation request is received before fulfillment begins, Anti-People Apparels may attempt to cancel the order.
Once fulfillment has begun or merchandise has been transferred to a carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If applicable law requires cancellation under a particular circumstance, that right will be honored.
LOST PACKAGES IN TRANSIT
If tracking does not show successful delivery and a shipment appears to be lost in transit, contact:
Anti-People Apparels may:
- Review tracking information.
- Verify the shipping address.
- Contact the carrier.
- Initiate a carrier inquiry.
- Request additional information.
- Allow reasonable time for delayed tracking to update.
- Submit a carrier claim when appropriate.
A refund or replacement will not necessarily be issued immediately while an active and reasonable carrier investigation is pending.
Confirmed lost-package claims will be handled according to:
- Available carrier information.
- Available evidence.
- Applicable shipping protection or carrier coverage.
- The circumstances of the shipment.
- Applicable law.
PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED BUT NOT LOCATED
If tracking shows a package as delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should first reasonably check:
- The reported delivery location.
- Entrances.
- Porches.
- Mailrooms.
- Parcel lockers.
- Building reception.
- Household members.
- Property management where applicable.
- Nearby neighbors where appropriate.
- Available carrier delivery photographs.
The customer should then contact Anti-People Apparels if the package remains missing.
Anti-People Apparels may review:
- Carrier tracking.
- Delivery confirmation.
- Carrier photographs.
- GPS or carrier delivery information where available.
- Shipping-address information.
- Package records.
- Customer communications.
- Carrier investigation results.
A carrier's "Delivered" scan may be considered evidence of delivery but does not automatically determine the outcome of every claim.
Each legitimate claim will be reviewed according to available evidence and applicable law.
STOLEN PACKAGES
Anti-People Apparels takes legitimate reports of package theft seriously.
If a package was correctly shipped and carrier records show successful delivery to the address provided by the customer, Anti-People Apparels may request additional information before determining what remedy, if any, is appropriate.
Customers may be asked to reasonably cooperate with:
- Carrier investigations.
- Building management.
- Property management.
- Delivery-service investigations.
- Local authorities when appropriate.
- Other reasonable loss-prevention procedures.
Anti-People Apparels does not guarantee an automatic refund solely because merchandise is reported stolen after confirmed delivery.
Nothing in this section eliminates rights provided by applicable law.
FALSE NON-DELIVERY CLAIMS
Knowingly submitting a false claim that merchandise was not delivered may constitute fraud.
Anti-People Apparels may maintain reasonable records relevant to shipping and delivery disputes, including:
- Tracking.
- Carrier delivery confirmation.
- Delivery photographs.
- Package weight.
- Shipping labels.
- Order information.
- Customer communications.
- Fulfillment documentation.
When a payment dispute, chargeback, or fraud investigation occurs, relevant documentation may be supplied to:
- Shopify.
- Payment processors.
- Banks.
- Card networks.
- Shipping carriers.
- Other authorized reviewing parties.
Legitimate delivery concerns are encouraged and will be reviewed in good faith.
DAMAGED SHIPPING PACKAGES
Customers should inspect delivered packages and merchandise promptly.
If an order appears damaged during transportation, contact Anti-People Apparels as soon as reasonably possible.
Customers may be asked to provide photographs showing:
- Outer shipping packaging.
- Shipping label.
- Interior packaging.
- Merchandise.
- Specific damage.
Customers should retain damaged packaging until the matter has been reviewed when reasonably possible.
This documentation may be used to verify product damage or pursue a carrier claim.
WRONG ITEM, SIZE, COLOR OR QUANTITY RECEIVED
If Anti-People Apparels ships merchandise that does not match the confirmed order, contact:
as soon as reasonably possible.
Customers may be asked to provide:
- Order number.
- Photographs of the merchandise.
- Size or product labels.
- Packaging.
- Shipping label.
Once a fulfillment error is confirmed, Anti-People Apparels will provide an appropriate remedy.
Customers will not be responsible for reasonable shipping expenses caused solely by a confirmed Anti-People Apparels fulfillment error.
RETURN TO SENDER
A shipment may be returned to Anti-People Apparels because of:
- Incorrect address.
- Incomplete address.
- Delivery refusal.
- Failure to claim the shipment.
- Carrier inability to access the location.
- Recipient no longer residing at the address.
- Other delivery failures.
When merchandise is returned to us, we will review the reason for the return.
If the return resulted from customer-provided information or recipient action, reasonable original or additional shipping expenses may be nonrefundable or charged for reshipment where legally permitted.
If the return resulted solely from an Anti-People Apparels fulfillment error, the customer will not be charged additional shipping to correct that error.
REFUSED PACKAGES
Refusing a shipment does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.
Refused merchandise must first be returned to and reviewed by Anti-People Apparels.
Refund eligibility will be determined according to:
- Our Refund & Return Policy.
- Merchandise condition.
- Reason for refusal.
- Shipping costs already incurred.
- Applicable law.
Customers should contact Anti-People Apparels before refusing or returning merchandise whenever reasonably possible.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and collecting merchandise from:
- Carrier pickup locations.
- Parcel lockers.
- Mailrooms.
- Other authorized holding locations.
If merchandise is returned because the customer failed to claim it, reasonable shipping costs already incurred may be nonrefundable where permitted by law.
Reshipping may require payment of additional shipping costs.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
An order containing multiple products may occasionally ship in more than one package.
Separate tracking numbers may be provided.
Receiving only one package from a multi-package order does not necessarily mean merchandise is missing.
Customers should review all available tracking information before reporting an incomplete shipment.
PARTIAL FULFILLMENT
If Anti-People Apparels can fulfill only part of an order, we may:
- Contact the customer.
- Ship available merchandise and refund unavailable merchandise where appropriate.
- Cancel affected merchandise.
- Cancel the entire order when necessary.
Shipping-charge adjustments for partial fulfillment will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
LOCAL DELIVERY
LOCAL DELIVERY AVAILABILITY
Local delivery may be offered to qualifying addresses when available during checkout.
Eligibility may depend on:
- Distance from our fulfillment location.
- Minimum order requirements.
- Product availability.
- Delivery capacity.
- Delivery address.
- Other conditions shown during checkout.
The availability of local delivery does not authorize unattended delivery.
LOCAL DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
The first local delivery attempt will ordinarily be made within:
24-48 HOURS AFTER ORDER CONFIRMATION.
Someone capable of verifying the order should be available to receive the merchandise during the applicable delivery attempt.
Unexpected circumstances may occasionally affect the timeframe.
If a material delay occurs for reasons attributable to Anti-People Apparels, we will communicate with the customer and provide any remedy required by applicable law.
LOCAL DELIVERY VERIFICATION
Someone capable of verifying the applicable order number must be present when local delivery is attempted.
The recipient may also be asked to verify other reasonable order information when necessary.
The person receiving the order does not necessarily have to be the original purchaser, but they must be able to correctly verify the applicable order information.
NO UNATTENDED LOCAL DELIVERY
LOCAL DELIVERY PACKAGES WILL NOT BE INTENTIONALLY LEFT UNATTENDED.
This includes requests to:
- Leave the package at the door.
- Leave merchandise outside the building.
- Hide merchandise somewhere on the property.
- Leave merchandise in an unsecured area.
- Leave merchandise when nobody is available to verify and receive the order.
This requirement exists to reduce:
- Theft.
- Incorrect handoffs.
- Incorrect delivery.
- Fraudulent non-delivery claims.
- Disputes regarding possession of merchandise.
FAILED LOCAL DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If nobody capable of verifying and receiving the order is available, the delivery may be recorded as a failed attempt.
Anti-People Apparels may make up to two delivery attempts.
Customers are responsible for providing:
- Accurate delivery information.
- A deliverable location.
- A working means of contact.
- Reasonable recipient availability.
TWO FAILED LOCAL DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
After two documented recipient-caused failed delivery attempts, Anti-People Apparels may cancel the local-delivery order.
Where permitted by applicable law:
- The amount actually paid for the undelivered merchandise will be refunded.
- Applicable refundable taxes will be refunded.
- The local delivery fee may be retained for delivery services and attempts already performed.
Examples of recipient-caused failed delivery may include:
- Nobody being available.
- Nobody present being capable of verifying the order.
- An inaccessible delivery location.
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
- Failure to reasonably cooperate with delivery verification.
If failed delivery resulted from an Anti-People Apparels error rather than recipient unavailability or customer-provided information, the delivery fee will be refunded where required by applicable law.
LOCAL DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGES
Local-delivery address changes are not guaranteed after confirmation.
A replacement address must remain within an eligible local-delivery area.
Anti-People Apparels may decline an address change when:
- Delivery is already underway.
- The new location is outside the eligible delivery zone.
- The change creates reasonable fraud concerns.
- The change materially alters the agreed delivery service.
LOCAL DELIVERY CONTACT INFORMATION
Customers selecting local delivery should provide a working telephone number and email address.
Anti-People Apparels may use information associated with the order to communicate regarding:
- Delivery timing.
- Failed delivery.
- Address clarification.
- Order verification.
- Delivery problems.
Failure to respond to reasonable delivery communications may contribute to an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
LOCAL DELIVERY FEE
The local delivery fee covers the applicable delivery service and associated delivery attempt.
Once successful local delivery has occurred, the local delivery fee is generally nonrefundable.
After recipient-caused failed delivery attempts, the delivery fee may also be retained where legally permitted.
Nothing in this policy permits Anti-People Apparels to retain a delivery fee when applicable law requires it to be refunded.
RETURNS & RETURN SHIPPING
Shipping and return eligibility are separate matters.
Receiving merchandise through a shipping carrier or local delivery does not eliminate an otherwise valid return right.
Likewise, returning merchandise does not automatically make original shipping or delivery fees refundable.
All return eligibility, condition requirements, final-sale merchandise, return shipping, authorization requirements, and refunds are governed by the Anti-People Apparels Refund & Return Policy.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION & RETURN ADDRESS
Customers must receive return authorization before sending merchandise back.
Return requests should be directed to:
The applicable return address and instructions will be provided after the return has been authorized.
The return location may be the current Anti-People Apparels fulfillment location or another authorized return location.
Anti-People Apparels does not publicly display its fulfillment or return address except where legally required.
Customers should not send merchandise to:
- An address found through an internet search.
- An address shown on a business registration.
- A previous fulfillment address.
- An address printed on an older shipment.
- Any address not specifically provided for the authorized return.
Sending merchandise to an unauthorized address does not automatically create a right to a refund.
ORIGINAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY CHARGES
Original shipping charges and local delivery fees are generally nonrefundable once the applicable service has been performed, except when:
- A confirmed Anti-People Apparels error requires the charge to be refunded.
- Merchandise was never properly shipped or supplied and applicable law requires a full refund.
- Applicable law otherwise requires the charge to be returned.
Nothing in this policy allows Anti-People Apparels to retain shipping or delivery charges when the law requires those charges to be refunded.
FRAUD PREVENTION & SHIPPING DOCUMENTATION
Anti-People Apparels may maintain reasonable fulfillment records to protect both customers and the business.
Records may include:
- Ordered merchandise.
- Order number.
- SKU.
- Size.
- Colorway.
- Quantity.
- Package contents.
- Package weight.
- Shipping label.
- Tracking number.
- Carrier acceptance.
- Delivery confirmation.
- Delivery photographs when available.
- Local-delivery records.

- Investigate legitimate delivery problems.
- Verify fulfillment.
- Investigate fraudulent claims.

- Maintain inventory accuracy.
- Prevent loss.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Anti-People Apparels may decline shipment to a destination when fulfillment would be:
- Unlawful.
- Unavailable.
- Unsafe.
- Unsupported by available carriers.
- Otherwise not reasonably possible.
If an already-paid order must be canceled because Anti-People Apparels cannot lawfully or reasonably fulfill the shipment, amounts required by applicable law will be refunded.
FORCE MAJEURE & EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
Shipping and delivery may occasionally be disrupted by circumstances outside reasonable control, including:
- Severe weather.
- Natural disasters.
- Carrier outages.
- Government action.
- Transportation interruptions.
- Emergencies.
- Labor disruptions.
- Infrastructure failures.
- Similar extraordinary circumstances.
Anti-People Apparels will make reasonable efforts to communicate material disruptions.
Nothing in this section eliminates legally required cancellation, notification, or refund rights.
POLICY CHANGES
Anti-People Apparels may update this Shipping & Local Delivery Policy for future transactions.
The policy disclosed or otherwise made available when an order is placed generally governs that transaction, subject to applicable law.
Later changes will not retroactively eliminate rights or materially alter terms applicable to an already completed purchase where prohibited by law.
RELATED POLICIES
Customers should also review, where applicable:
- Refund & Return Policy.
- Terms of Service.
- Privacy Policy.
- Product-specific fulfillment disclosures.
- Product-specific final-sale disclosures.
If a specific product disclosure contains processing or shipping terms unique to that product, those specific terms may control over a more general provision of this policy, subject to applicable law.
LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in this Shipping & Local Delivery Policy is intended to waive, eliminate, or restrict any right or remedy that applicable law does not permit a retailer to waive.
If a provision of this policy conflicts with mandatory federal, state, or local consumer-protection law, the applicable mandatory law controls to the extent of the conflict.
